I hold a bachelor’s degree in healthcare from the University of Louisville and have spent decades developing and leading successful healthcare operations throughout the bi-state area.
As a strategic, results-driven leader, I bring extensive expertise in business development, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. I’ve led high-performing teams, streamlined workflows, and implemented patient-centered solutions that enhance care and organizational success. My strengths include financial oversight, process improvement, and regulatory adherence — all critical elements that now support the operations of Spotless Spaces.
Launching this family-owned business was a natural transition — a way to continue serving others by creating clean, healthy, and inviting home environments. Hello, I’m Melannie Ladd, the Chief Financial Officer of Spotless Spaces, LLC, and part of our executive management team. In my role, I oversee all financial and people operations for the company — everything from accounting and financial planning to investor relations, corporate investments, and employment compliance. I’m also proud to serve as Chair of our Diversity and Inclusion Council, working to ensure our workplace is as welcoming and inclusive as the homes we clean.
In addition to my work here, I serve as Chief People Officer for Hoist Business Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of Hoist Group, Inc. There, I lead integrated consulting solutions across Sales, Healthcare, and Financial Services.
Before this, I was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Arboreta Healthcare Inc., where I managed employee relations, organizational development, payroll, budgeting, and legal compliance. I’ve also had the opportunity to serve as Vice President for 11 Home Health Agencies, and spent six years as a Regional HR Business Partner for big-box brands like The Home Depot and Lowe’s Home Improvement.
I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville and studied abroad at SACI in Florence, Italy. I’m also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and hold the SHRM-SCP credential from both the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute.
